How long does a bathroom renovation take? A typical full bathroom takes 2 to 4 weeks. Tub-to-shower conversions and powder rooms are faster; adding heated floors or moving plumbing adds time.
Will I be without a bathroom during the renovation? If you have a second bathroom, you'll barely notice us. If it's your only one, tell us up front — we'll walk you through the timing before we start so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you handle waterproofing properly? It's the most important part of the job. We waterproof using the Schluter KERDI membrane system, and the waterproofing is inspected before a single tile goes on.
Can you renovate a condo bathroom? Yes — including board approval paperwork, elevator booking, certificate-of-insurance requirements and working-hour restrictions.
