What we build

Custom Homes, Built Around How You Live

A custom home has hundreds of decisions and dozens of trades. We coordinate all of it — architects, engineers, permits, site work and every trade — so you deal with one team, not twenty.

New custom homes

Ground-up builds designed around your lot, your layout and your budget.

Laneway suites

A second home on your lot, facing the lane — for family, rental income or a home office.

Garden suites

A detached backyard suite where there's no laneway — planned for zoning from day one.

Design & drawings

We work with architects and designers to turn your ideas into buildable plans.

Permits & approvals

Zoning review, building permits and inspections — submitted and tracked for you.

One accountable team

A single point of contact, regular updates, and a written workmanship warranty.

How it works

Our Custom Home Build Process

  1. Call & consultation

A quick call at no cost, then a $199 in-person consultation, credited in full toward your project. We talk through your vision, lifestyle, lot, budget and timeline — honestly.

  2. Plan & design

With architects and designers, we turn your vision into detailed plans, then assess the site — zoning, grading, utilities and access.

  3. Permits & quote

We submit the plans for approval and give you a clear quote and a realistic schedule for every phase.

  4. Build

Site prep, foundation, framing, mechanical, then interior and exterior finishes — with a project manager on quality control throughout.

  5. Walkthrough & keys

A full walkthrough, final touches, warranty and maintenance documents — then the keys. We're still here after you move in.

More space on your lot

Laneway & Garden Suites in Toronto

Toronto allows laneway suites on lots with lane access and garden suites in many backyards without one. Whether it's for aging parents, adult kids or rental income, a suite has to fit the zoning rules for size, height and setbacks — and it needs services run from the main house.

We review your lot at the consultation and tell you straight whether a suite is a fit before you spend money on drawings.

Questions

Custom Home FAQ

Do you build custom homes outside Toronto?

Yes. We build across the GTA and surrounding areas — including Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, King, Aurora, Newmarket, Caledon, Oakville and Mississauga. See all areas we serve →

Do you work with my architect, or provide one?

Either. If you already have an architect or plans, we build from them. If not, we bring in architects and designers we trust and manage the design process with you.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We prepare and submit the permit application, coordinate any zoning questions, and book every inspection through to final occupancy.

Can you build a laneway or garden suite on my lot?

Often, yes — it depends on your lot size, lane access, setbacks and servicing. We'll review your property at the consultation and tell you honestly if it's a fit before you pay for drawings.

How do I get a price for a custom home?

Start with a consultation. Once plans and finishes are defined, you get a clear quote and a schedule for each phase — no surprises.

What does the $199 consultation include?

An in-person visit to your lot or home, an honest conversation about budget and feasibility, and a measured floor plan report. The $199 is credited in full toward your project.
