Site work & foundations
Excavation, grading, footings, foundation walls, concrete, waterproofing and drainage.
Framing & structure
Framers, structural steel and beams, trusses, sheathing and stairs.
Roofing & exterior
Roofing, siding, stucco, brick and stone masonry, windows, doors and eavestroughs.
Plumbing & drains
Licensed plumbers for rough-in, finishing, and drain and sewer connections.
HVAC & gas
HVAC and ductwork installers, and TSSA-certified gas technicians.
Electrical & low voltage
Licensed electrical contractors, plus security, networking and audio-video installers.
Insulation & drywall
Spray foam and batt insulation, drywall, taping and plastering.
Interior finishes
Finish carpentry, millwork, cabinets, flooring, tile, stone counters, shower glass and painting.

- Licensed — wherever your trade requires it
- WSIB clearance — or proof of exemption where it applies
- Liability insurance — at least $2 million in commercial general liability coverage
- Quality you can show — photos, references or a recent job we can look at
- Reliable communication — you show up when you say you will
- Clean, respectful sites — we work in people’s homes and businesses
