Call & consultation
A quick call at no cost, then a $199 on-site visit, credited in full toward your project. We walk the yard, measure, check grades and property lines, and talk through options and budget.
Design & quote
Materials, layout and finishes — and a clear quote before any work starts.
Permits & neighbours
We handle deck permits when required and coordinate shared-fence work with your neighbours.
Build
Most fences take just a few days; decks and patios depend on size and permits. We remove all debris when we're done.
Walkthrough & warranty
We don't call it done until you do — backed by our written 2-year workmanship warranty.

Do I need a permit for a deck in Toronto?
Generally, yes if the deck is more than 60 cm (about 2 ft) above the ground at any point, or attached to the house in certain cases. Rules vary by city across the GTA — we check your municipality's requirements and handle the permit when one is needed. Read our permit guide →
How long does a new fence take?
Most residential fences are built in a few days once materials arrive. Shared fences take a little longer to coordinate with neighbours — we handle that conversation for you.
Can you match my existing fence?
Yes. We match post design, board style and stain to the fence on your other sides so the yard looks like one project.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. Old fence boards, concrete and debris are removed and hauled away before we call the job done.
When is the best time to book a deck or fence?
Spring and summer fill up fast. Booking your consultation in fall or winter gets your design, permits and materials ready so we can build as soon as the ground allows.
