The job
What You’ll Do
- Run renovation projects on site from start to finish
- Schedule and coordinate trades, deliveries and inspections
- Keep jobs on schedule and on budget
- Walk clients through progress and get changes agreed in writing
- Keep sites safe, clean and organized
About you
What You Bring
- 5+ years in residential renovation or construction, including time leading crews or jobs
- Able to read drawings and plan the sequence of trades
- Comfortable talking with clients and handling changes calmly
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and permits
- A G licence and a reliable vehicle
- A trade background, such as carpentry, is a plus
