Before & after
From Dated to Dark and Modern
Before, the room had a tub-shower with a curtain, beige tile and a dark vanity. Now a glass walk-in shower with black tile sits beside a walnut floating vanity, LED wall sconces and a terrazzo-look floor.

The brief
More Room, Less Clutter
Condo bathrooms are small, so every choice matters. Swapping the tub for a walk-in shower opens up the room, and a floating vanity keeps the floor visible so the space feels bigger.
Condo work also comes with building rules, like booked elevators and set working hours. One team handled the job from start to finish, with a dedicated project manager keeping it organized.
What the renovation included
- Walk-in shower with glass and black wall tile
- Walnut floating vanity with a quartz top
- LED wall sconces and matte black fixtures
- Terrazzo-look floor tile throughout
