The brief

Spa Feel in a Loft Footprint

Loft bathrooms tend to be long and narrow. A frameless glass shower keeps the sightlines open from end to end, and a floating vanity with LED underlighting makes the floor feel bigger, day or night.

Condo work also comes with building rules, like booked elevators and set working hours. One team handled the job from start to finish, with a dedicated project manager keeping it organized.

What the renovation included

  • Frameless glass walk-in shower with a rain head and handheld
  • Walnut floating vanity with LED underlighting
  • Wall sconces and a quartz vanity top
  • Wallpaper feature wall for a bold accent
